NATO showed a satellite picture which suggest a column of Russian military vehicle has been in Ukrain territory. The Russian troops at least have self propelled artillery.

Although rebel suggested these Russian are all volunteers. However, more convincing suggestion is they are are active Russia soldiers disguised as rebel militia.
